Thomas is one of the visionary founders of T.S. Hill, bringing a unique blend of insight and business acumen to the company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick ana a Master’s degree in Business Management from Warwick Business School, one of the UK's leading institutions for business education.

His professional journey includes significant roles at global organisations such as  Sanofi Pasteur and  Accenture, where he gained extensive experience in strategic consulting, project management, and business development. 

Suyumbika is a co-founder of T.S. Hill, bringing a strong academic and professional background in law, business, and management. She holds an undergraduate degree from Royal Holloway, University of London, where she developed a solid foundation in critical thinking and analytical skills. Her passion for the legal field led her to pursue a Law degree, followed by a Master’s in Law, Business, and Management from the University of Law in the UK, one of the country's leading institutions for legal education.
